License Agreement 

1. General Terms & Payment
By purchasing this Custom Beat service for a one-time fee of €499, the Artist (Licensee) acquires Exclusive Rights to the custom musical composition produced by DHC Beats (Licensor). DHC Beats agrees not to lease, sell, or distribute this beat to any other third parties.

2. Usage Rights
The Artist is granted the right to use the Beat for the creation of a new song. The license includes:

  • Unlimited Audio Streams (Spotify, Apple Music, etc.).

  • Unlimited Radio Broadcasting rights.

  • Unlimited For-Profit Live Performances.

  • Unlimited Music Video streams and monetization on YouTube.


3. Royalties & Revenue Share
The Artist retains the majority of earnings. However, DHC Beats is entitled to a 5% or 8% royalty share on all net income generated by the song. This includes:

  • 5% of all Digital Streaming Royalties (Master Royalties).

  • additional 3% of all Digital Streaming Royalties if DHC Beats / Denis Hoeger Caballero provides the lyrics and melody for the top-line/chorus.

  • 0% of all YouTube Monetization revenue.


4. Publishing & PRO Registration
If the song is registered with a Performing Rights Organization (e.g., GEMA, ASCAP, BMI), DHC Beats must be listed as a composer/producer. The Producer’s share for public performance royalties shall reflect the agreed contribution.

5. Credits
Appropriate credit must be given to the Producer in all media (titles, metadata, descriptions).

  • Format: "Produced by DHC Beats" or "(Prod. by DHC Beats)"

  • Social Media: Tag @DHCBeats (or equivalent) upon release.
